A woman came to this country carrying a promise she'd made to herself: that someday she would have her own bakery. But time, as it so often does, kept tucking that dream into a drawer — until it was almost forgotten.
No fue hasta años después, ya con sus hijas convertidas en mujeres, que ese sueño volvió a respirar. Se reunieron para hornear un pastel — no para vender, sino para ayudar a alguien que lo necesitaba. Y en esa cocina, entre harina y recuerdos, algo despertó de nuevo. Ahí nació A.M. Bakery & Eatery.
It wasn't until years later, with her daughters grown into women, that the dream began to breathe again. They came together to bake a cake — not to sell, but to help someone in need. And in that kitchen, between flour and memories, something woke up again. That's where A.M. Bakery & Eatery was born.
